DESCRIPTION
EXTERIOR
This '65 El Camino wears a silver paint job with bold black racing stripes down the hood and tailgate. The body looks relatively straight, though there are some signs of wear and tear you'd expect from a driver. The chrome bumpers and trim are present and shine up decently, but they aren't perfect. It's sitting on a set of large, modern aftermarket multi-spoke wheels that give it a custom stance. The bed is finished in black and looks ready to haul your gear or just look good at the local cruise-in.
INTERIOR
Unfortunately, we don't have any clear shots of the interior to give you the full rundown. From what we can glimpse through the windows, it appears to have a black interior. You'll want to inspect the cabin yourself to see the condition of the seats, dash, and gauges.
UNDERCARRIAGE
We don't have any photos of the undercarriage, so we can't speak to the condition of the frame, floor pans, or suspension. Given the custom wheels, it's possible there are some suspension modifications, but you'll need to get it on a lift to know for sure.
ENGINE
Pop the hood and you'll find a Chevrolet small block V8 sitting in the engine bay. It's dressed up with some chrome valve covers and an aftermarket air cleaner. There's a shiny new aluminum radiator up front to keep things cool. The engine bay itself is a bit dusty and shows signs of use, but it looks like a solid runner. We can't confirm the exact displacement or transmission from the photos, but it's got the right look for a classic cruiser.
MODIFICATIONS
This El Camino isn't exactly stock. The most obvious changes are the large aftermarket wheels and the custom silver and black paint scheme. Under the hood, you'll spot an upgraded aluminum radiator and some chrome dress-up parts on the engine. It's a restomod-style build that's ready for your personal touch.
