ALL HUBCAPS
1964-1965 Ford Thunderbird 15-Inch Spinner Wheel Cover

THE GHOST'S TAKE

You are staring at a piece of Jet Age heavy metal right here. This is a 15-inch full wheel cover off a 1964 or 1965 Ford Thunderbird, back when Detroit was still trying to make cars look like they could break orbit. It has that heavy three-bar spinner bolted to the center, sitting over a ribbed turbine design that screams mid-century excess. The center emblem spells it out plain as day: Thunderbird. It is stamped out of stainless steel with a die-cast chrome spinner. Condition-wise, it is a solid survivor. You have got some minor scuffs and a few shallow dings around the outer lip from a lifetime of parallel parking by feel, and the black paint in the center emblem is showing its age. It ain't a museum piece, but it is a damn good driver-quality cap for a cruiser that actually sees the asphalt. Slap it on a steelie and let it ride.
