ALL HUBCAPS
1975-1981 Lincoln Continental 15-Inch Wheel Cover

THE GHOST'S TAKE

Look at this heavy slab of Detroit decadence. What you are staring at is a 15-inch stainless steel wheel cover ripped straight from the malaise era, specifically a 1975 to 1981 Lincoln Continental or Town Car. Back when land yachts ruled the interstate and gas mileage was a punchline, these massive discs kept the rolling living rooms looking sharp. It has that unmistakable Lincoln star sitting dead center in a black hexagon, surrounded by a slotted outer ring that probably weighs more than a modern compact car's whole wheel. Condition-wise, this piece is sitting pretty. It is a survivor, shining like a fresh dime in the boneyard dirt. It is excellent driver quality, maybe even better, with clean stainless and a crisp center emblem. If you are trying to resurrect a late-70s Continental and need to ditch the missing-hubcap limp, this is your ticket. Slap it on and float down the highway like the ghost of a 1970s oil baron.
